1. About
This website provides information about the Five & a Cat YouTube channel and about Five & a Cat Uploader (the "Tool"), a private, internal tool used only by the owner of the channel (the "Owner") to upload and schedule the channel's own original videos through YouTube API Services.
2. Use of the Tool
- The Tool is not a public service. No accounts are offered, and no one other than the Owner uses it.
- Use of the Tool is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. How the Tool handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
- The Tool only uploads original videos created by the Owner to the Owner's own channel.
3. Content
All Five & a Cat animations, characters and artwork are original works. All rights reserved. Videos are published on YouTube and may be watched there under YouTube's terms.
4. No warranty
This website and the Tool are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
